Rated 5 Stars!Great company. I called to update and activate the system in our 20 year old home. I wanted to get everything up and running as we were going out of town for an extended period. Lee was very helpful and came out right away to look at the job. We corresponded via email and phone to finalize my equipment selections. He always got back to me quickly with answers to my questions. He got us on the schedule prior to going out of town! (He even installed new signs as the old yard signs were really worn out and crumbling.)

The installer Ben did a great job explaining the system and the portal. He helped familiarize me with how to adjust the motion sensitivity on the cameras, etc. When Ben discovered that the panel needed to be upgraded to meet the needs of additional video equipment, he called the office and they upgraded the panel at no additional charge to me. Ben made recommendations on settings based on what our individual needs were and showed me how to adjust them if needed.

All in all it was a great experience dealing with Alarm Engineering. I have had security systems with various companies over the years in various houses and I find this one very user friendly and expandable. On a side note…while out of town we got an alert on our front porch. Turned out to be my pool tech and I was able to answer his questions via the doorbell camera. Great experience with AE.”
