If you have ever called our Service Department, “chances” are you’ve spoken with Mike. In his Service Manager role, he works closely with technicians in the field and our customers who contact us with questions or issues.
Mike started working part time with Mr. Boltz back in 1979 for Phil’s TV and Appliances. By 1985 when Alarm Engineering opened, Mike was working full time as an installation technician. He worked his way up through the organization, and Mike as been leading our Service Team for 9 years now. Mike always delivers a quick solution with a smile, both to our customers and here in the office. Thank you Mike, for your years of service to the Alarm Engineering family and we look forward to many more to come!
Outside of Alarm Engineering, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife of 35 years, Janice and three children Melissa, Stephen and Darrel. Now that the kids are grown though, Mike is able to indulge his love of hot rods! He is always working on a car or truck and spends much of his time at regional car shows showing off his latest project. Mike says simply: “I was raised on it!”
