She made sure she was available for any additional question and for the beginning of the installation. I apologize for not remembering the names of the men (Shawn & George in Installation), but do remember one of them had a 4 month old German Shepard pup! They were both super in regards to the installation and instructions on how to operate the system. The system works great. I’m confident that if anything ever happened, they would be on it promptly. “My husband and I were concerned about safety for ourselves in our home. I had called and made an appointment for David to come to our home for a consultation. He arrived on time and was very aware of our needs and concerns. He recommended a home security system that we could monitor from our phone while we were away. When the installation date was made, I had another appointment to attend. David stayed with the installers and occasionally sent me pictures of my two dogs, letting me know they were taken care of.

David was sincere, professional and kept his word of keeping me informed of all appointments, following up with additional information. You normally don’t find people staying on time, let alone following up with you when you live in Sussex County.

After an excellent experience , my husband requested his services at our own business, installing surveillance cameras.  Again, the service was superb and David made sure our needs were met.

“The Wicomico Liquor Control Board has dealt with Alarm Engineering for many years for all of its security needs. I commend them for their outstanding service and support. A few months ago, they upgraded our camera equipment in two locations. The camera systems have worked superbly helping the Liquor Control Board monitor all of our day-to-day activities.

A few weeks ago, we had a robbery at one of our locations after closing Saturday night. Alarm Engineering responded immediately after my call Sunday morning to assist the police getting information from our new digital recorder camera system. Because the cameras worked so well, and Alarm Engineering’s quick response with assistance, the police had no problem apprehending the robber a couple of days later.
