“I had issues with system constantly sending a ‘smoke detector tampering’ alert. This took place late Friday night. I left VM message at Alarm Engineering with the technician group. I received a call back almost immediately from Jake. He temporarily fixed the alert and indicated he would have someone out on Monday to check out the system. Gavin B arrived morning as promised and did a thorough job of checking entire system including the primary alarm. He was on time per his pre-call ETA. Gavin was polite, Courteous and professional.
