“Jodi did an awesome job at explaining all options that Alarm Engineering offers and what a selection! She made sure she was available for any additional question and for the beginning of the installation. I apologize for not remembering the names of the men but do remember one of them had a 4 month old German Shepard pup! They were both super in regards to the installation and instructions on how to operate the system. The system works great. I’m confident that if anything ever happened, they would be on it promptly. It’s also nice talking to a real person who knows you and the area.”
