We had a problem with our smoke detector and they worked from their side and talked me through checking things on my side…and were patient when my pup got sick while we were on the phone and with my ‘short girl problems’ reaching the smoke detector. (Don’t tell my husband I was standing on a bar stool…I knew I had quick access to 911 if needed)! We even shared some laughs! It’s all fixed after a service call this morning and we are up, running, and protected again all within 24 hours! Thank you and keep up the great work!”
